The residence negotiates a steep hillside, height restrictions, and the client's wishes. It “sandwiches” an open ground floor as the most public area with dining, kitchen, lounge, and living, between a basement with a guest suite, wine bar, gym, and cinema and an upper floor with all the bedrooms
